Handy Manny gives us the go ahead to continue with TPCV. We got STABLE scans.
It seems like eternity since we have had good news to report after scans, but finally after over a year and half we are happy to say her scans were stable today!! After talking with her doctors they feel that her tumor has remained stable and her ventricles have also remained the same size since beginning this new chemo, which is good news. This means that we will continue on the TPCV and scan again in about 3 months. We will continue to pray that the TPCV remains effective for Emma as we move forward.

For once I had happy tears, not sad tears in my eyes as we sat and talked with the doctors. Overall they seemed happy with Emma’s developmental progress since they saw her last as well. We certainly have plenty to still work on, but she is at least making progress in the right direction.
She liked it so much so that she stood up without her AFO’s on.
We are so incredibly thankful to have received good news today, because as we know all to well, that is not always the case. Thank you to each and everyone of you who lifted us up in prayer today and these last few days as we nervously awaited her scans. Our prayers were most certainly answered today. Your unending support means the world to us. Thank you for standing EmmaStrong with us!!
